Shipping policy

Shipping is via USPS first class mail or USPS priority mail.

You will receive an automated email from us with your tracking information. If you cannot find the email please be sure to check your spam folder.

 

Shipping services are experiencing major delays and unprecedented volume increases at this time. We are shipping your orders out as normal, but we do not have control once we ship your items out.

 

We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Once the delivery has been confirmed by the carrier we cannot issue refund. Please contact carrier if your package has been stolen/lost. 

We are not responsible for any delays caused by mail carriers and we are not able to refund shipping charges if the shipping carriers do not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly.
