Refund policy

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items (not including sale items) can be returned within 15 DAYS of your item delivery date. Only store credit refunds!! To start a refund email us at raehousecollective@gmail.com 

Shpiping costs are non refundable. 

RETURN PROCESS:

once your return is submitted and approved by us you will receive a shipping label via email.  Please make sure your returns includes your name and order number when sent back to Raehouse Collective.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:

You are responsible for paying your own shipping cost when returning items back to Raehouse Collective.  We do not pay for return shipping and handling costs (unless the items arrived to you damaged or it was a mistake in our part) We recommend that you send your returns back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit. 

STORE CREDIT:

Once we receive your return back, it will be processed for store credit within 3-5 business days. After your return is processed you will receive an email with your store credit information. 

REFUNDS:

We do not offer cash or credit/debit refunds. Only store credit is issued.

 

CANCELED ORDERS:

We cannot cancel any orders after they are placed.

FINAL SALE:

Any items placed on sale, or using a discount code are final.
